Threatening skies failed to dampen the spirits of the 4th of July revelers in Yachats. Although the Second Street Fair, billed as the Yachats Yamboree, was moved indoors to the Yachats Commons, the parade went on as scheduled, and local musicians provided a full afternoon of live music.
